All worth it

It's been a very busy week, busy but good.

We've just finished 'Life and Soul' which was basically a specific week set aside to tell the people in the community about the good news of Jesus Christ with the help of a team of students from Oak Hill Bible College. We've had a film night, curry night, ladies lunch, football tournament, Saturday night party, wine tasting and several other things going on.

We've also had lots of classes from the local primary school coming to visit the church to learn about the Easter story. Over the past fortnight there have been many late nights as I've tried to plan creative ways to teach the truths of what happened on that first Easter.

But were all the late nights worth it? Absolutely! If only one child went away knowing the truth that Jesus came back alive again then that is wonderful.
